TEENDRUGTEST is committed to the protection of children’s and user’s privacy, security and safety. All health-related information and patient identity submitted by you or other visitors to the Site is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties in accordance with HIPPA Privacy Policy and applicable Federal and New York State laws. TEENDRUGTEST will never include the name, address or other identifying information of a client on any report. Instead, a client identification number created by the party completing the online TEENDRUGTEST form on this website is used.

15. Registration and Passwords
The Online Services may permit or require you to register or obtain a password prior to permitting you to access certain portions of the Online Services. 16. Reports
Your portal will contain a lab report which TEENDRUGTEST uploaded to your personal portal which is password protected. This report may be viewed up to 60 days from the date you received notification your report is ready to be viewed. After 60 days, you will no longer have access to this report, and your personal portal will expire. TEENDRUGTEST suggests you print and maintain the report for future reference.
17. Operation of the Online Services
We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice: (i) modify, suspend, or terminate operation of or your access to the Online Services, or any portion of the Online Services, including but not limited to for your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) modify or change the Online Services, or any portion of the Online Services; and (iii) interrupt the regular operation of the Online Services, or any portion of the Online Services, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, to correct errors, or to make other changes to the Online Services.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TEENDRUGTEST, INC. and its suppliers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, servants, insurers, and representatives from any liability, loss, claim, suit, damage, judgment and expense (including reasonable attorneys´ fees and expenses) that arise out of or are related to any User-Provided Content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Online Services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use or misuse of the Online Services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions held invalid or unenforceable only in part or degree will remain in full force and effect to the extent not held invalid or unenforceable. The parties further agree to replace such invalid or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions with a valid and enforceable provision that will achieve, to the extent possible, the economic, business, and other purposes of such invalid or unenforceable provision.

These terms and conditions are effective unless and until modified as noted above, or terminated, at any time, by TEENDRUGTEST. If, in the sole discretion of TEENDRUGTEST, you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, TEENDRUGTEST may terminate these terms and conditions without notice and deny you access to the Site.
